Founder Story — CRE7 Invest

For years, I have been active in building and scaling businesses, always looking ahead to where markets are evolving and where new opportunities arise. Throughout that journey, one asset class has consistently stood out to me: real estate.

Real estate has always been one of the most stable and powerful ways to build long-term wealth. But at the same time, I saw a clear problem — access to this market was limited. High capital requirements, complex structures, and geographical barriers made it difficult for a large group of people to participate.



That raised a fundamental question for me: Why is one of the strongest asset classes in the world only accessible to a select few?


As technology continued to evolve, especially within blockchain and digital infrastructure, I started to see a clear shift. Ownership itself was changing. The way people invest, access markets, and manage assets was becoming faster, more transparent, and more global.


At the same time, I also saw the limitations of purely digital investments. Many lacked real-world value, stability, and long-term vision. That’s where the opportunity became clear.


Together with my son, Gerben de Boer, we began exploring how we could combine the strength of real estate with the efficiency of blockchain technology. Through both experience and experimentation, we developed a clear understanding of what was missing in the market.


This led us to a simple but powerful idea: What if real estate ownership could be restructured — making it more accessible, flexible, and transparent without losing its core value?


The answer was tokenization.


By enabling fractional ownership through blockchain-based infrastructure, we can open up real estate investments to a much broader audience. Instead of requiring one large investor, multiple participants can own a share of the same asset — creating access, liquidity, and efficiency that traditional structures cannot offer.


From this vision, CRE7 Invest was born.



CRE7 is not just a platform — it is a new way of thinking about ownership. A system where real-world assets and digital technology come together to create a more open and efficient investment model.


In building CRE7, my focus has been on creating a strong foundation — not just technically, but also strategically. That means working with the right partners, building trust, and ensuring that every part of the structure is designed for long-term sustainability.


Gerben, as Co-Founder, plays a key role in shaping the strategic and technical direction of the company. His focus lies on building the infrastructure, developing the ecosystem, and ensuring that CRE7 remains aligned with the expectations of a new generation of investors.


Together, we are building something that goes beyond a single project.


CRE7 stands for a broader vision.The “C” represents Cash — the foundation of financial independence.The “R” stands for Revolution — a shift in how ownership is structured.And the number 7 symbolizes opportunity, alignment, and forward momentum.


At its core, CRE7 is built on one principle:Ownership should evolve with technology. Access to real estate should no longer be defined by exclusivity, but by possibility. By combining tangible assets with digital infrastructure, we are creating a new ecosystem — one where transparency, accessibility, and trust come together.


This is not just about investing. It is about redefining ownership for the future. And this is only the beginning.
